Hotel Sorrento Gift Cards are non-refundable and must be used in one transaction. They are considered cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. These gift cards expire three years after the purchase date. Hotel Sorrento Gift Cards only apply to purchases at Hotel Sorrento and cannot be exchanged for cash. A postage fee will be applied for Physical Gift Cards.
